That was my experience in 2003, when I was guided to start the first Personal Renewal Group. This community service initiative centered on helping women, especially mothers, focus on their self-care and how to reconnect with who they are post-kids.

This recent international radio interview on Idea Lounge talks about the Power of Self-Care and this video shares about the evolution of the groups and my book, The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life (2008).

A direct manifestation from my 2003 calling, I am now in the midst of growing my second company—Renee Trudeau & Associates—focused exclusively on helping men, women and families from around the U.S. and beyond enhance their sense of life balance and emotional well-being through my book, speaking, writing, group coaching, and our Personal Renewal Group training program.

As of today, we have hundreds of self-care groups meeting around the world and the program grows every week. (For those of you who didn’t know I had a second company, now you know why it often takes so long to get in to see me!)
